- ◆Verification documents: passport-size photo, government-issued ID proof, business card, and company profile.
- ◆Payment information: transaction references and payment status processed through our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card or bank details.

- ◆To process and verify your registration, generate entry passes and QR codes, and manage on-site check-in.
- ◆To communicate event updates, payment confirmations, and important logistical information.
- ◆To compile anonymized exhibitor and visitor analytics for event planning and reporting.
