Exhibitor Participation Agreement
Between Intra Links International Trading (Organizer) and the Exhibitor.

Stall Allotment
- ◆The organizer agrees to allot stall space as per the exhibitor's confirmed booking and receipt of payment.
- ◆Stall location is at the sole discretion of the organizer and is subject to availability.

Payment Terms
- ◆50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
- ◆100% of the dues must be cleared before stall possession is handed over.
- ◆No payment = no stall access. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy
- ◆Advance payment is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ◆Cancellation within 30 days of the event = 100% loss of all amounts paid.

Usage Rules
- ◆Only approved jewellery, gemstone and allied products may be displayed.
- ◆Sub-leasing or sharing of stall space with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- ◆No illegal, smuggled or imitation jewellery may be displayed or sold under any circumstances.

Security & Liability
- ◆The organizer provides general venue security but is NOT responsible for theft, loss or damage to exhibitor property.
- ◆Exhibitors must arrange their own comprehensive insurance for all goods and equipment brought on-site.

Penalty Clause
- ◆Any violation of the rules above will result in immediate cancellation of the stall allotment.
- ◆No refund will be made under any condition arising out of a rule violation.

Jurisdiction
- ◆All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
By signing the Exhibitor Booking Form and remitting the advance, the exhibitor confirms acceptance of every clause of this agreement.
